We specialize in conceptualizing and designing experience concepts, as well as producing sculptures, applied arts, artist impressions, 3D and graphic design, 3D prints, and brand activation.
Founder Joris Broeksteeg
The idea for Kite Concepts was born in 2011. I started as a freelance creative after completing my bachelor's degree in Leisure Management at Breda University of applied Sciences, where I specialized in the discipline of Imagineering. Through the Efteling Academy, I began working in the Imagineering department at Efteling, where I completed both my minor and graduation project, focusing on the experience of Efteling fairy tales.

From a young age, I was always creatively inclined and wanted nothing more than to surprise and captivate people with my creations. My passion lies in designing , creating and bringing ideas to life. My strength lies in creating a complete experience, whether it’s about the experience of a product, brand, retail, attraction, museum or event.

​Why the name Kite Concepts? Kites rise by a well-crafted design that harnesses the local energy and creates enough lift. A kite equipped with strong lines to steer or change course. Its graceful design fits seamlessly within the environment, quiet yet eye catching. Kites come in countless forms, soaring beautifully in the sky.
